A fire in a residential building in Olching caused a high level of property damage in the early hours of the morning. According to the police report, after initial investigations, the police are investigating whether arson was the cause of the fire. At around 5.25 a.m., the rescue workers were informed about the fire on Roggensteiner Straße. According to initial findings, the fire first broke out on a grill in the garden and then spread to the house. The residents of the house, who were sleeping at the time, were rescued unharmed by the fire brigade. The building suffered property damage in the six-figure range. The Fürstenfeldbruck criminal police briefly arrested a 26-year-old man near the scene of the fire who had behaved suspiciously. An investigation is currently underway to determine if he had anything to do with the fire.
