But then it gets sad. Under the post, Fiona explains: “It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you that there is a little baby under my heart, but the little one wasn’t strong enough. We lost a baby for the second time and therefore another angel in heaven. These two angels look after our children on earth and will not be forgotten.”

Fiona and her husband have two children Leo and Neyla May, who were born in 2020 and 2022. In April 2021, the couple had to cope with a stroke of fate when they lost a baby.

After no doctor initially recognized Fiona’s pregnancy, she finally tested alone at home and got the positive result. She describes her feelings when she told her Mohammed about the good news as “joy, happiness and slightly overwhelmed”.

But at an ultrasound appointment the next day, the couple discovered that their baby’s heart had stopped beating. Fiona sad: “The pregnancy was already quite advanced, we were able to see our baby very clearly and still weren’t allowed to be happy. A stab in the heart. Especially after we had to go through this painful experience once before.”

Despite the blow of fate, Fiona remains positive and tries to look forward: “We have accepted this situation and are coping with it. I am absolutely sure that everything in life has a meaning. It just wasn’t meant to be. Fate decides our path and that’s why I have very positive thoughts. We will receive our happiness and we will get it when the universe says: Right now is the right time.”
