Johnny Depp shows first photos from directorial project “Modi”
Johnny Depp has released the first images from his second directorial project. It is not yet clear when the film will be shown.
For the film about the Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani (1884 – 1920), Depp brought Riccardo Scamarcio, Bruno Gouery and Pacino, among others, in front of the camera. “Modi” revolves around two eventful days in the life of the painter, who lived in Paris during the First World War.
It is Depp’s second directing project after “The Brave” (1997). Filming for “Modi” began in Budapest in September. Nothing was initially known about the theatrical release.
