Jennifer Lopez unveils trailer for ‘This is Me…Now’

JLo fans can look forward to new material from the singer. She now introduces a clip from “This is Me… Now”. The film portrait and a new album will be released in mid-February.
In the trailer, Lopez explains that she knows what is said about her – the “hopeless romantic” – that such people are weak. “But I’m not weak,” emphasizes the singer. The film, directed by Grammy Award winner Dave Meyers, stars Ben Affleck, Kim Petras, Post Malone, Keke Palmer and Sofia Vergara, among others.
JLo: Film is “the most personal thing”
This is the “most personal thing” she has ever done, writes Lopez in her “On the JLo” newsletter about the film project. Not all love stories have a happy ending, she experienced that first hand, says Lopez in the trailer. But her goal was always to be in love.
Last week, Lopez released the new song “Can’t get enough”. In the music video for the song, she pokes fun at herself about her previous marriages. Lopez can be seen as a bride at a wedding. The men change throughout the clip as the wedding guests make bets about how long their marriages will last.
Lopez married actor Ben Affleck in the summer of 2022, to whom she had already been engaged around 20 years earlier. Before that, she was married to the waiter Ojani Noa between 1997 and 1998, to the dancer Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003 and to the singer Marc Anthony for ten years from 2004, with whom she has twins. The award-winning artist, who also works as an actress, is one of the most successful musicians in the world.
