The judicial affair surrounding Fifa President Gianni Infantino and his secret meetings with the Swiss Attorney General (BA) threatens to escalate. According to information from SZ and the French newspaper Le Monde two special investigators heard a new suspect in Zurich on Friday: Cédric Remund. The federal public prosecutor had conducted central football proceedings of the BA, now he was questioned about Infantino’s discreet dates in 2016 and 2017 with the then federal prosecutor Michael Lauber. The key question is: Who was the fifth person at the table at the last of these meetings in June 2017?
