She reveals the gender of her baby

The birth of their first child is imminent. Now Fernanda Brandao has revealed the gender.
Fernanda Brandao (38) enjoys the last weeks of her pregnancy in Lapland. Her first baby will also be born there. In an interview with the magazine “Bunte”, the German-Brazilian presenter and singer revealed the gender of her unborn child: “We’re having a girl.”
She and her fiancé Roman Weber, stepson of the deceased human rights activist Rüdiger Nehberg, can hardly wait to “finally meet and hold their baby girl in their arms”. The singer continues to rave about her “relaxed” pregnancy. In the last few months they would only be plagued by “water retention and small typical complaints”.
Will it be a home birth?
Originally, the couple would have wished for a home birth in their wooden hut in the wilderness of Lapland. However, they have now opted for “a small, friendly hospital,” she continues. The child is expected to be born in April.
Before the birth, Brandao and Weber had planned their wedding, but had not got around to it so far. “But we really want it and we’re looking forward to celebrating an absolutely unconventional wedding,” says the singer.
The career of Fernanda Brandao
Fernanda Brandao became known, among other things, through the band Hot Banditoz. The group celebrated successes between 2004 and 2010 with songs like “Veo Veo” or “Shake Your Balla”. She also works as a dancer, presenter and fitness trainer. Among other things, Brandao was a jury member for the eighth season of “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” in 2011 and appeared in numerous TV shows such as “The Perfect Celebrity Dinner”, “Grill den Henssler” or “Schlag den Star”.
