Felix Magath takes over from Tayfun Korkut and will be the head coach of our blue and white team until the end of the current season. “Felix Magath’s CV speaks for itself. With him we have found someone who has proven many times over that, with his immense experience as a coach in any sporting situation of his kind and his charisma, he can make the right adjustments to lead us out of our sportingly challenging situation,” explained Fredi Bobic. Our new coach commented: “I had very clear and open discussions with Fredi Bobic. We are all aware of the current sporting situation and I am happy to help Hertha BSC to achieve the goal of staying up. It is important now everyone’s full focus on the remaining eight games.”
