Of course, they had the silver handle cup with them, which made the eagerly awaited “match of the century” possible against FC Bayern: winning the Bremer State Cup, which was on the sidelines on Wednesday evening, as well as a bit of luck had the amateur kickers of Bremer SV that Cup duel with the record champions from Munich. The mood with regard to Sané remains ambivalent, but due to the blatant class difference, the evening was only able to provide little information about Bayern’s level of performance. Apart from maybe Choupo-Moting, who scored four goals and once again underlined that he can replace Lewandowski occasionally; as well as from the appearance of Jamal Musiala, who met twice and once again performed some nice dribbles. Sarr, Tolisso, substitutes Malik Tillman and Mikael Cuisance and an own goal by Bremen’s Jan-Luca Warm ensured the final score – but even that should have been bearable. It was warm with his idols on TV, live and in color.
