FC Bayern: Salihamidžić in Manchester – Mané summit between Bayern and Klopp – Bundesliga

Is it really fast now?

Bayern poker around Liverpool superstar Sadio Mané (30) is entering the decisive phase. According to BILD information, Bayern sports director Hasan Salihamidžić (45) is currently in Manchester with a delegation to bag the deal.

The association did not want to comment on the BILD request.

Also in Salihamidžić’s luggage: an increased offer for the Senegalese!

Just a few days ago, BILD reported that Bayern wanted to add a few million more to the Mané offer. According to BILD information, those responsible at FC Bayern have approved internally that the sports director can increase the offer for the Liverpool star!

While Salihamidžić was initially turned down with two offers, the fixed sum for the new offer will be increased to over 30 million euros. With further bonus payments, Salihamidžić wants to reach an agreement with Liverpool sporting director Julian Ward (40).

According to “Sport1”, the England club wants at least the 41 million euros that Liverpool spent six years ago for Mané (who came from Southampton FC). But: The Bayern bosses should not want to go over the 40 million mark! This means that the two clubs are hardly apart. Originally, the Reds wanted a transfer fee of EUR 50 million, later EUR 45 million. Bayern started with an offer of EUR 25 million plus EUR 5.5 million in bonuses, but then went up to EUR 27.5 million plus EUR 7.5 million Bonuses increased.

Bayern have agreed on a three-year contract with Mané himself for weeks. Salihamidžić had already met with advisor Björn Bezemer (ROOF agency, based in Munich’s posh suburb of Grünwald) on Mallorca to negotiate a deal.

In addition, Bayern have a decisive trump card in poker: Mané has clearly committed himself to Bayern at Liverpool. He wants a new challenge. Coach Jürgen Klopp (55) has already given the go-ahead for the change.

If the Reds still want a fee for the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations winners (contract until 2023), they will have to sell him this summer.
