President and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Herbert Hainer made no comment on the explosive issue when he drove his car into the underground car park on Säbener Strasse. CEO Oliver Kahn and sports director Hasan Salihamidzic, who did not choose the same path as Hainer, also did not comment.
The successor to the 35-year-old Nagelsmann is Thomas Tuchel, who is currently without a club. The 49-year-old was released this season at Chelsea, with whom he won the Champions League in 2021.
