Frenkie de Jong declared his loyalty to FC Barcelona after advancing in the Europa League – and rejected Bayern.
Frenkie de Jong has denied rumors of a possible move to Bayern Munich. The Dutchman explained that he wanted to stay at FC Barcelona for a long time.
“Is something happening with Bayern? No, no. I’m so happy in Barcelona and I hope I can play here for as long as possible,” said de Jongbei Ziggo sports.
De Jong: ‘I love being in Barcelona’
Subsequently, the midfielder, who is currently tied with Barca until 2026, suggested an extension of his deal: “I love being at Barcelona. I would probably sign a six-year extension if they asked me about it .”
About a month ago, de Jong made it clear that his move to Barcelona was “a dream come true”.
