Michael M. suffered an epileptic seizure at the wheel in September 2019, lost control of his Porsche Macan and drove four people dead in Berlin. However, he was not allowed to drive a car because of a brain operation. The question in court is now: Was he aware of that?

Four people are dead. Two young men, one from Spain, one from Great Britain, and a woman who was out with her three-year-old grandson. They all died after an SUV driver lost control of his car during an epileptic seizure and sped onto the sidewalk. There the four stood and waited for the pedestrian lights to turn green.
