A 47-year-old truck driver had a fatal accident on Autobahn 66 in East Hesse on Wednesday afternoon. The route between the Schlüchtern-Nord and Neuhof-Süd junctions was only reopened to traffic on Thursday afternoon. According to initial police estimates, property damage amounted to around 245,000 euros.
