Christian Winterfeldt’s first announcement in his new job was: I’ll be gone for four weeks. Since June 2021, he has led a team of around 200 employees for the computer manufacturer Dell. While others sleep restlessly before a new job, Winterfeldt was wide awake at night. He became the father of a daughter. “It was more challenging than starting a new job,” he says.
