Anyone who bought and consumed food with a clear conscience had to do without good taste and a pleasant chewing sensation for a long time. The soy schnitzel and tofu cubes were often bland and didn’t really delight the palate. Many of the start-ups are much further along. The pre-seasoned products are usually quite tasty and have a pleasant consistency.
