Jürgen Klopp and Liverpool FC have won the showdown with rivals Manchester City in the FA Cup, the Reds are reaching for the eighth triumph in the oldest football competition in the world. In the semi-finals at London’s Wembley Stadium, Liverpool prevailed 3-2 (3-0) against Pep Guardiola’s Citizens ensemble.
Klopp is thus for the first time with his team in the FA Cup final. On May 14, Liverpool will meet the winner of the second semi-final duel between the Thomas Tuchel team Chelsea FC and outsiders Crystal Palace, who will also meet at Wembley on Sunday (5:30 p.m. / DAZN).
