Expert advice in Grafing: initial help for start-ups – Ebersberg

Almost a year ago, the Grafinger “Coworking” and start-up center moved into its long-term premises at Marktplatz 4a. What is normally only found in big cities, the operator-GmbH has broken down to the local level: jobs for employees in the home office, freelancers, the self-employed, startups or simply anyone who would like to work undisturbed in a professional environment. Architects meet marketers meet website programmers meet photo artists – for example. In addition to the name, Zamworking says it all, even with the facility’s most recent offer.

“It’s all about expanding the range of advice on everything to do with working in the district,” says Zamworking Managing Director Gaby Köhler. “We have so many people here who want to make a career change. But there are still very few opportunities where they can simply get a non-binding but professional opinion from an outside perspective.” So it made sense to introduce something like that at Zamworking.

Most of the time you quickly notice whether a business idea is worth something, says the expert

The first meeting is free, which is a pretty good start from the point of view of Manfred Büche from the Ebersberger Wirtschaftssenioren. “Most of the time, one or two concentrated hours are enough to get a general idea: does an idea have a chance of being successful, are the framework conditions right – or is it better to leave things as they are?” In addition to Büche, Udo Engelhardt and Maximilian Meyer are also there. They also belong to the business seniors, which in turn is an initiative of the district office.

Whether an idea has a chance of success can often be found out after just one or two hours of discussion, says Manfred Büche from the business seniors (right).

He spent his professional life in international “IT” development and sales management, says Büche. The other two business seniors also had decades in management behind them. “We have accumulated rucksacks full of experience that we are happy to pass on.” For the most realistic possible view of everything that has to do with business start-ups, livelihood security and business succession. Things like business and liquidity plans, fixed costs, business adjustments or franchise advice. “Each of us has his own specialty,” says Büche. “Depending on what makes the most sense, we divide among ourselves or combine.”

Which documents do you need, which devices make sense, which software is the right one?

Also part of the consulting days is Judith Kaiser, a specialist for user-related problems with digital devices or common computer software. Laptop, smartphone and tablet are the keywords on the hardware side. In terms of software, it is Microsoft Word, e-mails or dealing with the Internet.

The third in the group, if you count the business seniors as part of the program, is called Matthias Greiner. The Grafinger is the founder of DeinJobCoach and, according to his own statements, has more than ten years of practical experience in the labor market on the employer and employee side. When it comes to applicant coaching, which he contributes to the consultation days, the focus is on checking documents and specific questions about changing careers or getting started.

The open consultation rounds always take place three days in a row, starting on the first Tuesday of the month, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The next date is February 7th (business seniors), 8th (Judith Kaiser) and 9th (Matthias Greiner). For business seniors, registration is via the District Office (08092) 823 777, for Judith Kaiser via (0178) 682 11 91 or [email protected], for Matthias Greiner via [email protected].
