Exhibition in Weyarn – Bavaria for a while

After a two-year break, the SZ Bayern editorial team’s temporary exhibition is going on tour again. The event begins on Sunday, March 17th, at eleven o’clock in the Bürgergewürge (J.-B.Zimmermann-Str. 5) in Weyarn. Some of the around 70 photos and accompanying texts about unknown Bavaria away from the tourist regions can be seen there until April 21st. On Sunday, March 24th, Sebastian Beck will be leading a tour of the exhibition from eleven o’clock; On Sunday, April 7th, at eleven o’clock it will be Hans Rache’s turn. As part of the 14th Weyarner Cabaret Days, Beck and scratch will also perform at a reading in the Weyhalla on Saturday, April 20th. The exhibition is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Since its premiere in 2019 at the Haus der Fotografie in Burghausen, almost 30,000 people have visited the Zeitlang exhibition in several cities in Bavaria. In 2022, the project was awarded the Bavarian State Foundation’s Culture Prize.

In mid-September, Zeitlang moves on to the MeMu museum and exhibition center in Essing (Kelheim district) with a number of new photos.
