This evening, don’t miss the broadcast on TF1 of the Enfoirés show. This year again, forty seven celebrities gathered on stage to raise as much money as possible for Restos du coeur. Among them, a regular: Nolwenn Leroy. Once again, the winner of the Star Academy 2 put his career on hold for a week in order to helping people in precarious situations. The singer is also engaged with various associations and organizationsnotably the Abbé Pierre foundation, which is particularly close to his heart: “[Cette année] we celebrated the 35th anniversary of the Restaurants [du cœur]but [aussi] the 70th anniversary of the Abbot’s winter 1954 appeal“, recalled the singer in the show 1 hour with…, hosted by Bernard Montiel on RFM. A cry from the heart that highlights the importance of getting involved.
“Finding yourself in this situation today… Of course the abbot [Pierre] knew that the daily drama of people on the street and precariousness would not end with him. We need people to continue to carry this message, tohelp raise funds and try to make things happen. For me, it’s important”, confided Nolwenn Leroy, overwhelmed by emotion and anger as she saw men, mothers and children losing everything and sleeping outside: “We can’t get used to this daily misery. Telling yourself that it’s fatethat there are rich and there are poor. […] All French people are distressed and dismayed by this situation“. It was a real rant from the mother, who admitted “have a hard time talking about this” it touches her so much.

This evening, on TF1, don’t miss Nolwenn Leroy performing at the Enfoirés show. Alongside him, viewers will be able to find members of the troopsuch as Patrick Bruel, Kad Merad, Zazie, Sébastien Chabal, Patrick Fiori, Jenifer, Michèle Laroque, Jean-Baptiste Maunier or Christophe Willem. Other artists have made their comeback to blow out the 35th candle together, after several years of absence, like M Pokora, Lara Fabian and Dany Boon. Like every year, newbies took their first steps on the Enfoirés stage – Santa, Claudia Tagbo, Gaëtan Roussel, Ycare, Germain Louvet –; nevertheless, we will still have to wait a few hours before discovering in what sauce they were eaten… We know, the Enfoirés love to haze the new kids!
