He was once one of the best left-backs in the world, playing for Manchester United and Juventus. Patrice Evra is now celebrating his premiere as a boxer.
Patrice Evra will make his debut in the boxing ring at the end of April. The opponent of the former Manchester United player will be the Youtuber Adam Saleh.
The two meet on April 30 in London. The fight will be held as a preliminary to the clash between Martyn Ford and Sajad Gharibi.
Patrice Evra gets into the boxing ring for the first time
While Evra will enter the boxing ring for the first time, Saleh already knows his way around. The Youtuber, who is particularly well-known in the Middle East, has already fought three times as part of youtube-Events against prominent opponents.
Saleh is also an experienced amateur boxer and fought more than 30 fights before his career on social media. The fight against Evra “could get wild,” he said in one Instagram-Video.
