How to create your own stickers
To create stickers in WhatsApp, only a few steps on the laptop or computer are necessary.

Sending individual stickers to one another on WhatsApp is popular with many users. It’s that simple.
Isn’t the bachelor party or vacation with friends that little bit nicer when someone posts stickers of the time together in the shared WhatsApp group after the event? And when Valentine’s Day is coming up on February 14th, your partner will certainly be happy about a personal sticker greeting. The world’s largest messenger now makes it easy to create a sticker from every picture. That’s how it works.
To create your own stickers, the images that will become a sticker must be on a laptop or PC. Either the PC version of WhatsApp has to be installed on this or, even easier, the browser version to open. For the first login, users must have their smartphone ready and select the “connected devices” option via the three menu items in the upper right corner. The cell phone’s camera then opens, with which the QR code can be scanned in the browser or desktop app. You will then be logged in automatically.
Create stickers in seconds
Then simply click on the paper clip to the left of the text field. In the pop-up menu that opens, select “Sticker” (dark blue). WhatsApp will then open the usual overview of the computer or laptop’s files. After choosing the picture, it will be enlarged and you can cut it out, label it or combine it with other stickers as you wish. Once the image has been edited into a sticker as desired, all that is missing is a click on the send symbol.
The sticker will then be automatically posted to the chat you accessed the sticker menu from. For future reference, it is stored under the recently used stickers. Back on the smartphone, you can then click on the sticker and save it to your favorites so that you have it permanently available.
Independent albums require external software or know-how
On the other hand, if you want to create a complete album, you have to use one of the external apps that WhatsApp links to from the mobile version. To do this, simply click on the emoji icon next to the text field, select stickers and then click on the small plus symbol in the lower right corner of the screen. The “All Stickers” menu opens. If you start scrolling in this, the option “Discover Sticker Apps” appears at the bottom of the screen.
Whoever clicks on this option will be sent by WhatsApp to the App or Play store, where there is a large selection of apps that can be used to create stickers and sticker albums. Alternatively WhatsApp offers instructionshow to download a sticker album as a standalone app in the app or play store so that you can then download it for WhatsApp.
