Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban prevented an agreement on new financial aid for Ukraine at the EU summit in Brussels. It is now planned that the heads of state and government of the EU countries will deal with the issue again in January, several diplomats confirmed to the German Press Agency on the night.
