Speda is a coach and has been helping men and women to advance in their careers and negotiate more salaries for more than ten years. It cannot be ruled out that fewer women will book salary coaching in the future and instead simply refer to the earnings of their colleagues. “But even if – my male clients will stay with me,” says Speda.
