I received the first box a few months ago, the aligners step 1 and step 2 didn’t fit (=none of the others of course either) We photographed it in Berlin Kurfürstendamm and sent it off, made a new scan so that I could get new aligners, which ultimately would fit. Now I got my next box, there is no step 1 and 2 but only starts from step 3 and the aligners don’t fit again. Before the start of the treatment, I spoke to the dentist that I had just got rid of my fixed braces a few months ago and whether my teeth weren’t shifting. She was of the opinion that teeth don’t shift that quickly – and I believed her. Now I’ve been paying for a few months and the aligners still don’t fit. Now my question is whether I could somehow cancel the contract and get my money back, because to be honest I don’t feel like having to go to Berlin anymore just to show that the aligner doesn’t fit and then have to wait ages for a new box. I’m slowly getting enough. Also, the first simulation of my teeth looked different than the second. The second looked a bit worse and instead of 14 aligners I now have 12… It wasn’t specified that way.. Well, as I said, they don’t fit again and I can imagine that the third simulation will be even worse, although I have the Contract signed ONLY because of the first simulation. Does anyone have any experience of how I could end the contract?

Hello, my employment contract, signed by both parties, states that I will receive a salary increase from the 13th month. (without additional clause) That would have been the case from July 1st, 2020. Hi. I have been living alone for 3 months now and have applied to the Family Benefits Office for child benefit to be paid out in my name, this application was rejected within a week for reasons that are stupid.
