So now it happened. Yet again. From one day to the next, the state development bank KfW changes the rules, throwing the calculations of tens of thousands of people overboard. Except that this time it does not affect those who want to build new, but everyone who is planning a conversion. Suddenly there should be less support from the state for tighter windows, better insulation and climate-friendly heating – and of all things at a time when everyone is talking about saving energy.
