The historical drama The Crown and the Star Wars spinoff The Mandalorian are the two most frequently nominated productions at this year’s Emmy Awards. As announced in Los Angeles on Tuesday, both have been nominated for awards in 24 categories, including best drama series.
Out The Crown Olivia Colman, Emma Corrin and Josh O’Connor are also nominated for their roles as Queen Elizabeth, Lady Di and Prince Charles in the leading actor categories. The Mandalorian was nominated mainly in technical categories.
