Emma Watson, 31, British actress, did not drink a magic potion. At a “Harry Potter” special on HBO, a child photo of US actress Emma Roberts was incorrectly shown instead of Watson (who plays Hermione Granger in the films). Fans noticed the mistake. “I was NOT that cute,” wrote Emma Watson on Instagram alongside Roberts’ child photo. HBO Max’s Instagram account wrote on Watson’s post, “Are we sure this wasn’t the result of polyjuice?” In the “Harry Potter” world, wizards who drink a “Polyjuice Potion” look like another person for a period of time.
Nicolas Cage, 57, US actor, tried unsuccessfully for a role in “The Godfather III” with his uncle Francis Ford Coppola. “I said, ‘I really think I should be in your film, uncle. I really think it would be a good idea if you would give me this role,'” the 57-year-old told the industry magazine The Hollywood Reporter. The last part of the “Godfather” saga was released in 1990. Andy Garcia was nominated for an Oscar and a Golden Globe for his role as Vincent Corleone.
Britney Spears, 40, Madonna fan, does not want to let mocking comments take away the joy of dancing. “I’m sure it looks weird how much I dance to Madonna,” Spears wrote on Instagram. For months the singer has been regularly publishing small video clips in which she dances to various songs with obvious joy and sometimes lascivious movements. After 13 years under guardianship, Spears was given her freedom back by court ruling in November.
