Elyas M’Barek was due to hit theaters in February with his new film. After a postponement, there is now a new start date.
In May 2021, Elyas M’Barek (39) finished filming his new film “Love Things”. The comedy was set to hit theaters on February 17, 2022. But the corona pandemic threw the plans upside down. Constantin Film has now announced a new start date. On July 7th, 2022 it should finally be time.
“Love Things”: That’s what the new film with Elyas M’Barek is about
Elyas M’Barek plays in “Liebesdings” the successful film star Marvin Bosch, who flees from the media and his own past – and gets caught up in a love story. The partner of the “Fack ju Göhte” star is Alexandra Maria Lara (42), she plays a tabloid journalist. Other roles embody Lucie Heinze (33), Peri Baumeister (35) and Denis Moschitto (43)
Directed by Anika Decker (46), screenwriter of Til Schweiger’s cinema hits “Keinohrhasen” and “Zweiohrküken”. She also wrote the script for “Liebesdings”.
