A trio of animators who give their voice for the animation… Elodie Gossuin (M6), Agathe Lecaron (France Télévisions) and Christophe Beaugrand (LCI) will dub their characters in the film Tad The Explorer and the Emerald Tabletwhich will be released in French theaters on August 24.
This feature film is the third part of a successful Spanish saga – and the first to land on French screens. Tad The Explorer: In Search of the Lost Cityreleased in 2013, is also the highest-grossing animated film in the history of Spanish cinema.
Adventure movie parody
Long version of a 2004 short film, the work was awarded three Goyas, the equivalent of the Césars on the other side of the Pyrenees. This saga, which parodies adventure films, has for hero Tadeo Stones, a worker who became an adventurer on a misunderstanding.
Tad and the Secret of King Midas, which was shown in Spain in 2017, recorded more than 2.5 million admissions in one month. Will “tadmania” win over France? Answer at the end of the summer.
