Elisabeth Borne receives a booster dose of vaccine against Covid-19 on Friday

Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne will receive a booster dose of vaccine against Covid-19 on Friday morning in a nursing office in Paris, Matignon announced on Thursday.

Elisabeth Borne, aged 61, is part of the target audience concerned by this recall, currently open to all people over 60, pregnant women, but also people under 60 “at risk » or living in the entourage of fragile people.

“The second booster dose can be administered from 3 months after the first booster for people aged over 80 as well as residents of nursing homes and from 6 months after the first booster for other eligible people”, recalls Matignon in a communicated. In total, some 17 million French people are at this stage concerned by this second booster dose, and around 4 million people have so far taken it.
