Electromobility – customer experience when charging – economy

From the perspective of the management consultancy PwC, the charging of electric cars could be linked with attractive offers and “customer experiences” and become a separate business system. Car manufacturers and energy companies would have to worry about the half-hour charging time. It would make sense “to set up city hubs with new ideas for everything to do with charging,” said PwC industry expert Felix Kuhnert. The store could establish itself together with other offers as a new business model, “if it is innovative and from the customer’s point of view,” says Kuhnert. Today, charging on the street is often hardly profitable for the operators of the charging stations.
