Damp shoes are an annoying problem in many ways: While every rain shower attacks the material from the outside and – depending on the weather resistance – results in a wet footbed, unpleasant (sweat) odors spread inside.
A proven method of removing moisture from wet hiking boots or boots is to dry them on the radiator – or stuff them with newspaper.
