The broadcasting council of the ARD broadcaster Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB) dismissed Patricia Schlesinger as director on Monday. This formally initiates the termination of the contract. The 61-year-old had resigned as head of broadcasting and ARD chair because of numerous allegations of nepotism.
