The five thieves cut the fence and stole tools and cables for a loss of 30,000 euros. The property crimes unit of the departmental security then begins its investigation. On May 11, the same vehicle was identified by the manager of a company who put away the thieves who were trying to steal fuel. Thanks to this visual witness and careful cross-checking, investigators succeeded in identifying the main suspect. He is charged with eight counts of burglary in the construction industry. Easy for the police to find him since he was already serving a sentence for the same acts. After his hearing, the young man will be tried in appearance before the criminal court. The other four individuals have not yet been identified.
The total damage amounts to 200,000 euros for these eight burglaries.
