A 37-year-old man caused property damage amounting to several tens of euros in Hadern on Wednesday evening. He collided with a car on Guardinistrasse around 10 p.m., but did not stop, instead brushing against about eight cars as he continued driving until he finally came to a stop.
The police not only found that the man was significantly intoxicated with a alcohol content of 1.6 per mille. His Romanian driving license was also not valid in Germany, so he is now facing several charges, including for driving without a license and endangering road traffic through alcohol. His car was confiscated and towed away.
