A 35-year-old died in a dispute between two men in Eichstätt on Monday. According to the police, the man was so badly injured with a stabbing weapon by an acquaintance that he later died in hospital. The 24-year-old suspect fled the scene and was arrested in the city of Eichstätt after a search that also involved a police helicopter, it was said. He had turned himself in to the police. An arrest warrant was issued for the suspect on Tuesday.
