Blazing flames on a yacht in the Red Sea on Sunday. Three British tourists were killed in the accident, as the British travel company Scuba Travel announced on Monday – initially they were only reported as missing. Twelve other diving tourists and 14 crew members were rescued by the ship named “Hurricane” after the fire broke out in the early hours of the morning. The group was en route to Marsa Alam in the southern part of the Red Sea. They wanted to see sharks and dolphins on a reef. As the Egyptian authorities announced on Sunday, the fire was caused by an electrical short circuit on the yacht. Now the police have announced a comprehensive investigation to find out how the short circuit could have happened.
