Edouard Philippe announces the creation of Horizons, his new party

While supporting the outgoing president for the 2022 presidential election, Edouard Philippe, former Prime Minister and first city councilor of Le Havre, is launching his own political party this Saturday, which he has decided to baptize Horizons. Its goal ? Build a strategy for France by 2050. Ambitious.

In front of an audience of many mayors and elected by the majority, in particular the deputies Aurore Bergé and Christophe Castaner, well-known faces of LREM, Edouard Philippe reaffirmed his support for Emmanuel Macron for the next race at the Elysée. He also drew the outlines of this new party, which could present candidates for the legislative elections of 2022 and possibly participate in the next majority if LREM retains power.
