Ed Sheeran wished his wife Cherry Seaborn a happy 30th birthday. He also published a rare snapshot of the couple.
Ed Sheeran (31) has in an Instagram post lovingly congratulated his wife Cherry Seaborn on her 30th birthday. “Happy Birthday to my ‘Baby Mama’. The 30 suits you,” the singer writes about a picture in which the couple relaxes in a hammock.
They have a daughter together
Ed Sheeran married his longtime girlfriend and childhood sweetheart, Cherry Seaborn, in 2019. Their daughter Lyra Antarctica was born in August 2020. Family planning doesn’t seem to be over for the two of them yet. He would be “super grateful” if more children were added, the singer explained in June 2021 in the podcast “Open House Party”.
The couple mostly keeps their marriage out of the public eye. The music video for Sheeran’s single “Put It All On Me” gave a little glimpse into the love story between the two in December 2021. In a short sequence, the musician and his wife showed themselves in private, fooling around in the kitchen and cuddled up on the couch. A text was displayed for the scenes, which explains that the couple had been madly in love with each other since they were at school. Then they lost sight of each other. A few years ago they got back together and “sparks flew”. The last sentence revealed: “They married in January 2019.”
