The Kunstverein Ebersberg invites you to a colourful, convivial autumn festival with many activities this Saturday, September 24th, in the monastery building yard. It starts at 3 p.m., there is also a program for children until 6 p.m. For example, Hermann Schuster shows his historical marionette theater and gives a small foretaste of its programme. Angelika Oedingen offers a workshop “portrait and print”, Frauke Schreiner invites you to a “card workshop”. A live spray campaign is also planned and later in the day you can look forward to stories around the fire bowl. And so that there is plenty of time to linger, there is coffee and cake as well as pretzels and obazdn. In any case, the organizers of the Kunstverein are looking forward to the exchange with many members and interested parties.

The exhibition “Bene Factum” by Ruth Effer can also be admired in the gallery of the Kunstverein, it shows fine works made of paper using a very unique technique. In her studio in Frauenneuharting, Effer combines layered jewelery silk with painting, drawing and collage elements. This is how sensitive, relief-like compositions are created, mostly in pastel shades, large and small, colored and monochrome, two- and three-dimensional. The artist’s greatest source of inspiration is nature, but Effer is less concerned with depicting what has previously been seen than with a free use of shapes and colors.
