Ebersberg: Corona incidence in the district continues to rise – Ebersberg

The number of people infected with the corona virus in the Ebersberg district is rising again. As the district office announced in a press release, five new cases were known as of Thursday. A week earlier, there had been no new case of infection compared to the previous day.

A total of 34 people from the district are currently tested positive for Corona. 21 district residents are currently in quarantine because they have had contact with an infected person. Meanwhile, the value for the seven-day incidence is 16, well below the national average. Nevertheless, the authority sounds the alarm: “It has been rising slowly in the district for a few days,” she writes about the incidence value.

The district office therefore urges all citizens to get vaccinated. “The little spade effectively prevents infection. Those who are vaccinated will most likely not get Covid-19,” it says.

83 602 people in the district of Ebersberg received an initial vaccination. This is the second time that 76,675 district citizens have been vaccinated, which corresponds to a rate of 53.21 percent. Getting a vaccination is currently not difficult, it is offered without registration at the Ebersberg vaccination center, in the Poingen branch and at the Segmüller company in Parsdorf.
