“The so-called delta variant continues to dominate the infection process in the district,” writes the Ebersberg district office in its current Corona report. This also shows that the seven-day incidence fell slightly again on Wednesday. The value is now 111. Six patients with Covid-19 disease are currently being treated in the district clinic. Four of them come from the Ebersberg district. One of the sick people has to be supplied and ventilated in the intensive care unit.

There will be changes from this Friday to the collection of contact data, which will be limited to focus areas with high risk. These include all closed events from 1000 people, clubs, discos and comparable leisure facilities as well as gastronomic offers with dance music, body-hugging services and communal accommodation. In all other areas, there is no contact data collection, as the district office reports.
