Easter without eggs? Society’s rules for nutrition are nonsensical – health

The German Society for Nutrition recommends only one egg per week. The advice is so far removed from life and also nonsensical from a health point of view that it leads to defiance rather than understanding.

A loss must be reported. Conversations during invitations to friends or restaurants have changed, and not for the better. Instead of discussing taste nuances or recipes, it is increasingly about the big picture. Less meat, you know, climate change, animal welfare. Please nothing with palm oil. Fish no more than twice a week, the mercury. And no exotic fruits in winter. You can quickly lose your appetite. A little question with your mouth full: Where did you get those delicious flying avocados from again?
