We’re going big this Easter: all the recipes come from British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. We start with an oriental egg salad and a bright green quiche. The main course is lamb knuckles with Mediterranean vegetables. The special feature: All these dishes can be prepared very well in advance – and are well suited for sharing with the whole Easter party. The sweet finish can be spooned straight out of the pan: lemon cheesecake.
Avocado quiche
Ingredients for 1 quiche:
2 ripe avocados (200g each), halved and stoned
400 g plain flour type 405 mixed with 5 ½ tsp baking powder, plus flour for processing
6 large free range eggs
300 g peas (frozen) , 90 g cheddar
½ bunch of basil (15 g)
100 g mixed leaf salads
extra virgin olive oil
