A selfie showing Duchess Meghan with fans has appeared on the Internet. But it raises several questions.
It’s a photo that celebrities probably take almost every day: A picture that is currently circulating on X (formerly Twitter) shows Duchess Meghan (42) surrounded by three female fans, beaming happily into the camera. Moderator Jennifer Su (55), who posted it, wrote in English about the snapshot: “Just arrived in LA. When we went out to eat, we ran into Meghan Markle. Very down-to-earth and super nice.” She also uses the hashtags “Girls Night Out”, Meghan Markle”, “Los Angeles” and “Just Landed”. Actually nothing special (apart from the fact that such an experience is always something special for the fans involved). But the picture raises several questions.

Duchess Meghan looks fresh and radiant
First of all, many of the journalist’s followers note that Meghan looks incredibly young in the photo. Sure, as a celebrity you pay attention to your appearance – but the Duchess’ stressful life in the spotlight and as a mother of two small children is actually unnoticeable despite the late hour at which the photo was taken (it is already dark in the photo). How does she do that?
The fact that it is later in the picture prompts other fans to ask why she is apparently traveling alone – there is no sign of her husband Prince Harry (39) or her security. But of course it could be that they were there but not in the photo. Or Meghan simply treated herself to some time alone. There is no answer to the direct question about Harry in the Instagram posting that the 55-year-old also shared.

But what by far makes most users suspicious – at least at Some people suspect that the encounter was not so coincidental, but rather planned and part of a PR strategy. After all, Meghan is said to be working on her comeback with a new team.
But whatever is really behind the photo: Even the harshest critic cannot reject the fact that Meghan makes a very likeable impression and actually looks incredibly fresh and youthful. And at least the three women in the photo seem to be overjoyed about this star encounter in LA.
