The daughter of Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry is developing splendidly. Lilibet is just taking her first steps, as Meghan says.

Duchess Meghan (41) has in the latest edition of their Spotify podcast “Archetypes” talked about the progress of their little daughter Lilibet (1). “Lili just started walking,” says the proud mother of actress Pamela Adlon (56), who was a guest in the episode, among other things. The 41-year-old jokes that her youngest child, who is “a year and a few months old”, has become mobile and is “in the thick of things”.

In the episode, Duchess Meghan also spoke about her “morning rush” at home in Montecito, California. “I’m sure it will only get more chaotic as they get older,” she says of her two children, Lilibet and Archie, 3. First she brings her daughter downstairs, “half an hour later Archie is awake”. Just before he gets up, Meghan would start preparing his lunch box. Meanwhile, Lilibet eat a small bite. Prince Harry is helping her “bring the three-year-old downstairs”.

Every day Meghan would make breakfast for her family. “I make breakfast for all three. It’s very important to me. I like doing it,” she says. “For me it’s just the best way to start the morning.” After breakfast, the mother of two goes on to feeding the dogs and taking Archie to school. Adlon adds that she hopes Harry will help Meghan with the kids in the morning. To which she replies, “Oh, my husband? He’s great.”

Duchess Meghan also spoke about how the birth of her daughter has changed the way she sees womanhood. “First I only had Archie, now I’m the mother of a daughter,” she says to Adlon. “And whether I thought it was going to happen or not, it happened. I see the world differently because I know how the world will see it and how it will see certain women as role models.”
