Duchess Meghan (40) and Prince Harry (37) apparently have short nights at the moment. Her five-month-old daughter Lilibet is currently teething. The 40-year-old reveals that in an appearance at Ellen DeGeneres (63). The entire interview won’t be broadcast until today, November 18th in the US. In a preview of the DeGeneres talk show, Meghan reports, according to “People” magazine but already from her daughter.
DeGeneres reveals, according to the report, that “Lili is now teething” – and Meghan is apparently wondering what could help. The talk show host jokingly suggests “Tequila”. “That’s Aunt Ellen for you,” Meghan said with a smile. “That’s why I have no children,” replies DeGeneres.
Meghan about the start of her career
On the official Instagram account of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” an approximately one-minute excerpt from Meghan’s appearance was previously seen. Back in front of the camera on the Warner Bros. premises let the 40-year-old reminisce about her previous acting career.
She had many auditions at that very place, she says. “I parked at gate three and then drove over and the nice thing was that the security people always said, ‘Broken neck, we hope you can do it!’ Only the entrance looks very different today. ” At that time she drove to her auditions with a “very, very old Ford Explorer Sport”. At some point the doors couldn’t be opened with the key. “So I stood in the back of the parking lot, opened the trunk and got in, pulled it shut behind me and crawled over all my seats,” she continues, amused.
Ellen DeGeneres, who lives in Montecito near Harry and Meghan, came out a few years ago as a fan of the royal couple. In 2019, she even met the two privately in London and met their son Archie (2). “I can’t tell you how cute they are, but the most important thing is that I was allowed to hold little Archie. I fed and held him,” she said on her show at the time. “Seriously, they are so amazing – cutest couple and so down to earth.”
