A mysterious account and lots of ashes…
Just THE topic among fans and critics of the Sussexes: Duchess Meghan (42) should be back on Instagram! And she could soon earn a golden nose with it.
The hitherto non-contributory account @meghan already has almost 90,000 followers on the social media platform. The profile photo of the account only shows Meghan’s favorite flowers. That’s why many are sure: the Duchess is behind the profile!
This assumption was also confirmed by several sources to “ Page Six” and explained that the Duchess should have secured the username, which was certainly already taken before.
Because: Simple and common usernames, like @meghan in this case, are almost no longer available on the platform. So it’s safe to assume that Meghan had to speak to Instagram or the previous user of the name to secure the so-called user handle.
Will there soon be more to see HERE than a few flowers? Fans and experts are at least pretty sure that Meghan is hiding behind the account
In addition, sources have previously claimed that the woman from Prince Harry (38) created the account in connection with the already discontinued podcast “Archetypes”. Meghan herself said in an interview with The Cut magazine last year that she wanted to return to Instagram.
And with this project, Meghan could really cash in! According to the “ DailyMail‘ confident: ‘I would expect her to quickly become one of the most followed accounts on Instagram.’
“There are celebrities like the Kardashians who can charge $1 million or more for a single post promoting a product. There’s no reason Meghan couldn’t deserve that kind of fee.”
And marketing expert Kent Moore also believes in Meghan’s blatant social media success: “I think she would immediately climb into the top ten best-paid influencers in the world.”
In 2020, Harry and Meghan deactivated their shared Instagram account @sussexroyal. Since then, it had become quiet around the two, at least on social media
“Her status is unique because she is a celebrity, actress and royal. Meghan could charge $1 million per post as a bare minimum,” Moore said.
And with such a blatant prospect of coal, fans certainly don’t have to wait too long for Meghan to start again on Instagram. After all, Spotify has just ended its collaboration with her and the deal with the streaming giant Netflix is anything but rosy.
A nice social media sum would certainly come in handy for the Sussexes…
