Duchess Meghan’s Archetypes podcast has officially started. What Stars Could Follow Premiere Guest Serena Williams?

The premiere episode of Duchess Meghan’s (41) podcast “Archetypes” can now be heard on Spotify. In the first episode, which lasts almost an hour, she welcomes a good friend – tennis star Serena Williams (40) – in addition to an expert on the subject of “gender in the workplace”.

Right at the beginning of her podcast, the Duchess made good on a promise she made some time ago when the project was first announced: that she will also talk to prominent friends and companions about the hurdles women still face in today’s world have to skip society. But which famous guests could follow?

“Suits” cast in the starting blocks

Duchess Meghan’s acting career may be manageable. She seems to have developed an even closer relationship with the cast of the series “Suits”, in which she played the character of Rachel Zane for over 100 episodes. Almost all the well-known stars of the series came to London more than four years ago to attend Meghan’s wedding to Prince Harry (37).

About her series husband Patrick J. Adams (40) and series creator Aaron Korsh (55), but also the co-stars Gina Torres (53), Sarah Rafferty (49), Gabriel Macht (50), Rick Hoffman (52) and Abigail Spencer (41). Duchess Meghan was also close friends with the latter actress long before the “Suits” time together – a visit to “Archetypes” is therefore very easy to imagine in her case.

From Wedding to Podcast?

As in the person of Serena Williams, Duchess Meghan also has celebrity friends outside of “Suits”. In 2018, for example, actress Carey Mulligan (37) attended the royal wedding as a guest of the bride. Just like the Indian star Priyanka Chopra (40), who also works far away from the dream factory for feminism and equality and against unfair pay for women. The podcast “Archetypes” therefore seems made for them to report on their experiences.

Of course, this also applies to Oprah Winfrey (68) and even more to Amal Clooney (44), who were also present at Meghan and Harry’s wedding. Whether a visit to the podcast is realistic for the two busy women remains to be seen. At least Oprah could get revenge for the sensational TV interview she was allowed to do with the Sussexes.
