Kate and William show their support for the LGBTQIA+ community and thank an organization for their dedication.

Duchess Kate (40) and Prince William (40) drew attention to Pride Month in an Instagram post, which is celebrated in June and is intended to honor the LGBTQIA+ community. In the post, the royals refer to the work of the “Shout” organization. “Over the past year, ‘Shout’ has supported over 150,000 LGBTQIA+ writers here in the UK. If a conversation is ever needed, ‘Shout’ is available 24/7.”

Instagram users are excited

The crisis hotline “Shout 85258” offers general support for people with psychological or mental problems via text message. Members of the LGBTQIA+ community can also find contacts there. Under the post, many positive reactions to the Cambridges’ message were collected. “You are our future king and queen! We are so proud of you,” says one user. “Thank you for supporting ‘Shout’ and this cause” or “Absolutely wonderful. Great respect. Kindness costs nothing, but means so much” are other comments.
